Remove onboarding tutorial

Why
Activation data showed users were dropping off during the forced onboarding tutorial. The team removed the mandatory tutorial and replaced it with contextual tips inside the product.
Alternatives considered
Keep tutorial but make it shorter
Rejected because users were still blocked from reaching the first useful action.
Make tutorial optional
Rejected for MVP because contextual tips were simpler to implement and test.
