Why

Several high-usage customers said seat pricing felt unfair for workflows with many occasional viewers. The team proposed a usage-based add-on for captured decisions above the team allowance.

Alternatives considered
Raise all seat prices
Rejected because it would punish smaller teams that were not driving the extra storage and search cost.
Keep pricing flat for another quarter
Rejected because sales needed a way to price heavy usage in pilots.
